Mason Jackson Qualifies For District Golf Tourney
On Wednesday, Sept 29, the Lancer Golf Team finished 8th overall in the Sectional Golf Tournament that was held at the Franklin Valley Golf Club in Jackson, Ohio. Mason Jackson shot an 80 and was second overall in the tournament. Mason will be participating in the District Golf Tournament on Monday, October 4th at the Elks Country Club in McDermott, Ohio. Congratulations Mason and good luck at the District Meet!

Cheerleading is the Passion for Perfection!
By Tina GeerMost people think that cheerleaders are just the girls in the skirts and they're always the mean girls, but it's not like that at all. On the Federal Hocking HS cheer team we have 11 amazing cheerleaders and they are all hard working athletes who just happen help with pep rallies. Practices are every Tuesday and Thursday so they can push themselves to be the best that they can be. Band Booster Bingo
The Federal Hocking Band Boosters will be hosting a community Bingo night to raise funds to support the band. This will be held on October 17 in the FHMS Cafeteria. Doors open at 1pm and games games start at 2pm. There will be games, food, and raffles!
