Have you ever wanted to feel the spotlight on your face? To have a crowd of people applauding for your presence? To make friendships that can last a lifetime?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then I have the thing for you.
The Drama Club’s spring performance is about to jump into motion, which means one thing – auditions!
On March 6th after school, Ms. Cell will be holding open auditions for Little Women, the play based on the book by Louisa May Alcott. Any high school student is welcome to try out.
If you’re unfamiliar with the premise, Little Women is a coming of age story about four sisters – Meg, Jo, Beth, and Amy – based in the late 1800’s. It depicts the story of the sisters’ passage from childhood to adulthood, as they struggle to conform to society’s images of femininity while in the midst of poverty.
Those in the Drama Club encourage you to join in on the show!
