Are you someone interested in fashion and design? Maybe you’re a regular retail connoisseur?
If either of these apply to you or you just have a general interest in art and fashion you may be interested in going to The Inaugural Fashion Show at Hocking College. If you are interested, Hocking College has a great program and this show may allow you to see what you can look forward to learning there one day. The show will feature the original creations of Hocking Colleges Fashion Design and Retail Merchandising students! Each second year student will have a 3 design collection and each first year student will feature one design.
I personally have been interning for the program manager Coral Wedel and have been getting to see behind the scenes of this process like T-shirt printing, figuring out the background, and sitting in on the meetings. I can definitely say this will be an event worth going to. This may also help you figure out if the Hocking College Fashion program is right for you!
The Inaugural Fashion Show has also been partnered with Passport 2 Fashion and Columbus Fashion Council. The show will be held on April 22, 2022, at The Lodge at Hocking College. General admission is $20 per seat, 6:30 p.m. entry and General admission seating (cash bar for the adults). VIP admission is $75 per seat, 6:00 p.m. entry and front row seating, VIP lounge, Designer meet and greet, Hors d’Oeuvres, and a complimentary drink ticket. You may purchase tickets here (Hurry!
